Customer Service Rep Certificate Class with NCSC

NECIC/Temp2Higher is now offering a Customer Service Certification program!

Offered in partnership with North Central State College and the Mansfield Richland County Public Library, this intensive, week-long training will leave you feeling confident to pursue that new career, or move ahead in your current position. Best of all, students earn a stipend for particpating and employers with entry level CSR positions will be recruiting for new hires from this class.
