NECIC will renovate and substantially expand the existing footprint of the Community Outreach Center to a 36,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility that will house NECIC's programs and bring vital services back into the community. 

The CIC will serve as a central access point to employment, healthcare, mental health services, arts, education, small business development and recreation for members of the Mansfield/Richland County community at all ages. 

The Building will be home to:

• A Medical Clinic
• Banking & Financial services
• 100-seat theater
• Art studios
• Gymnasium, fitness areas, and a boxing ring
• Leased Office Space
• Recording & Podcast studios
• Vocational Classroom
