Direct Hire Opening: Full Time, wonderful Opportunity to work, mold and impact the lives of young boys 13 to 18.

Qualifications: Must have empathy but be able to carry out fair and balanced consequences according to the treatment program. Responsible in providing a positive role model for youth to emulate. Function as a surrogate parent to youth, overseeing, assisting, participate with and maintain youth during a daily routine that involves, education, work, chores, and recreation. 

Requirements: Valid Driver license, Must have your own reliable vehicle, pass a criminal background check, medical exam, drug screen, HS Diploma/GED
