 We are now into our 4th session of our AALI Journey Webinar with Rene Thompson! This session we will be discussing bias (or biases).

The question is not ‘whether’ we have a bias (or biases) but rather, ‘what’ are our biases? During this session, we will learn how biases are formed and how they can impact our values and ultimately, our beliefs and actions. Dr. Phil Mazzocco of Ohio State University will be the guest for this webinar.
Additionally, we will look at examples of current leaders and how their presumed biases impacted their leadership style.
