Welcome to North End Matters

A lot of exciting things are happening at NECIC, and to stay in the loop, you may want to consider signing up for our newly revamped, digital version of North End Matters.

What to Expect in North End Matters

North End Matters has been a quarterly, print newsletter in the past. By moving to a monthly, digital format, we hope to reach more North End residents, outlying community members, and community partners.

The newsletter will help bring our mission focus points to life by highlighting efforts and successes in each area. These will be easy to see, as each section of future issues of North End Matters will be titled accordingly:  Land Use/Community Spaces, Education, Housing, Economic/Workforce Development, Public Transportation, and Health and Safety.

We will spotlight local businesses, community leaders, and feature articles from various North End residents in our Citizen's Corner. If you would like to participate, or nominate a person or business to be featured, please give us a call here at the office at 419-525-3101, or email Candace@NECIC-Ohio.org. 

Of course we will list upcoming events, but to stay completely up-to-date, please visit our Facebook Page regularly, as events are sometimes planned as opportunities present themselves.

If you've been receiving the Community Garden News, never fear, we will continue to supply our readers with gardening tips, news from area gardening programs, classes, and events at our own Blust Avenue Teaching Garden. Be sure to check out the NECIC Blust Avenue Teaching Garden Blog for more garden information and updates!
